Terrible, the bed is not suitable for sleeping, mattress 10 cm high and the whole bed only makes loud noises all night, TV does not work, WiFi very weak

We were there for dinner on Friday night. In nice summer weather we could sit outside. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. She asked my wife to order ice cubes for the ordered white wine. We have never seen that before. Top! The food was also very tasty. Overall, we had a very good start to the weekend! thank you

We booked this hotel as part of a short break and got a great room, experienced nice service and got good food. Breakfast might be a little more generous but that would be whining at a high level. We were completely satisfied 😀

Unfortunately, very disappointing, we wanted to spend a nice New Year's Eve here, but when we arrived the first disappointment, even though they had a written hotel booking that we saw, the booked room was supposedly not available and we were accommodated in an apartment without any comfort Without asking us, only after I phoned the site where we booked and complained again because nobody was ever to be found at the reception, several double rooms were suddenly free and we were able to go to the room we had actually booked, which meant valuable hours lost on the day we had planned to explore the area, no apology came from the hotel. The breakfast was also very lean, hardly anything was there, although there was still an hour of breakfast. Too bad.

Was there for brunch. The fish was good and tasty. The poultry OK. The red cabbage tasted strange. Service can be expanded. Too rarely at the table. Premises too warm.

Were there for brunch and this was unfortunately not good. Dirty dishes were not cleared for a long time and there was not even cheese for breakfast. The salmon was empty with few people (!) And there was nothing new. Scrambled eggs should cost extra .. there is still a lot of potential upwards. A real shame...

Abandoned shopping mall feel. Poor service.

It is easy to get to Schwerin by bike and beautiful beaches are nearby! The apartments are very spacious! In addition, the shower was really crazy: you could hear the radio and it was possible to turn on such Sprenkler!

We are very satisfied that we chose to stay here to visit Schwerin. Our room was surprisingly spacious. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is great. The restaurant setting’s nice & cosy. Good breakfast. We booked through Risskov bilferie at low price which also include evening meals. We like the hotel’s design , the sorrounding area and the lake.
